Engage and motivate your employees with worldwide challenges in aid of the charity of your choice.

Charity Challenge is the World's leading fundraising challenge operator. For more than 12 years we have supported many thousands of people to undertake an incredible adventure and in the process helped to raise in excess of £35m / $50m for over 1400 registered charities.

We organise over 100 expeditions each year and have run more international challenges, and have raised funds for more charities than any other company worldwide!

In February 2012, we launched a new series of our most popular adventure challenges around the world for Canadians to participate in, raising funds for Canadian charities.

Our portfolio includes treks, bike rides, mountain climbs, skiing and sledge hauling in more than 15 countries worldwide. Last year we added the North Pole to our ever expanding portfolio and this year we are adding the South Pole.

If you want to know what a Charity Challenge is all about, click here to watch an inspirational video shot recently on our Avenue of Volcanoes Challenge.

The company has gone from strength to strength developing an excellent reputation within both the corporation and charity sectors. In addition to the treks and bike ride, we have taken over 1500 employees on our community challenge programme building houses, schools and health centres in developing countries.

Many companies have used the challenges as ways to demonstrate their CSR strategies, engaging their customers, suppliers and employees, provide learning and development opportunities, building better teams and all whilst supporting their charity of the year partners.

You will find a wealth of information within the pages of this site which we hope will enable you to identify how the challenges can engage your employees and meet your business requirements, whilst making a huge difference to the charities that you support.

Whether you’re looking for open challenges to help you support your charity of the year partner, ideas for an exclusive challenge for your employees to take part in, or ways to engage, recruit, retain and empower your staff, we are confident of having the right challenge to meet your business needs.
